What is the opening period of the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening dates:

Rentals from 27 April to 30 September<\/div>
Open air camping from 15 May to 30 September<\/div><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are there any BBQ’s on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Several BBQ’s are available on the campsite. If you wish, you can bring your own.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept animals?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Pets are welcome at the campsite if they are vaccinated, except for dogs of class 1 and 2 which are forbidden. Several hiking trails start from the campsite, for their daily walk. Pets are not allowed to stay alone in the rentals<\/strong>. We also remind you that pet owners are required to pick up after their pets on the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there wifi on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will find wifi on the whole campsite. Ask for the access codes at the reception or at the bar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Does the campsite have a laundry?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Two washing machines and a dryer are at your disposal in the sanitary block.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How far is the city from the nearest supermarket?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campsite is located 10 minutes from Sarlat where you will find several supermarkets. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a bread deposit in the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

On site, you will find a convenience store with bread and pastries every morning on order.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there public transportation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

We are located in a rural area. There is no public transportation. The car is indispensable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the reception hours?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The reception is open from 9am to 7pm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At what time can we arrive and leave the accommodation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rentals are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there a television in the rentals?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Our rentals are not equipped with TV.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are sheets and towels provided?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheets are not provided, but you can rent them, as well as towels.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

At what point should the site be released?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The site must be vacated before 12:00.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How big are the sites?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our pitches are about 100 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is there electricity on the sites?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

All of our sites are equipped with 10 amp electrical hookups.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do we need to take a European power adapter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Our electrical terminals are equipped with French type E electrical outlets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are there any pitches for campers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Motorhomes are allowed on the camping pitches. We also have 2 pitches specially reserved for campers who only want to stay for one night. (6pm – 10am)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept the ANWB and ACSI card?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods are accepted?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, checks and cash.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How to book online ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No need to panic. Choose your dates of stay. Select your accommodation and click on “book”. Then follow the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
