What is the opening period of the campsite?
Opening dates:
Are there any BBQ’s on the campsite?
Several BBQ’s are available on the campsite. If you wish, you can bring your own.
Do you accept animals?
Pets are welcome at the campsite if they are vaccinated, except for dogs of class 1 and 2 which are forbidden. Several hiking trails start from the campsite, for their daily walk. Pets are not allowed to stay alone in the rentals. We also remind you that pet owners are required to pick up after their pets on the campsite.
Is there wifi on the campsite?
You will find wifi on the whole campsite. Ask for the access codes at the reception or at the bar.
Does the campsite have a laundry?
Two washing machines and a dryer are at your disposal in the sanitary block.
How far is the city from the nearest supermarket?
The campsite is located 10 minutes from Sarlat where you will find several supermarkets.
Is there a bread deposit in the campsite?
On site, you will find a convenience store with bread and pastries every morning on order.
Is there public transportation?
We are located in a rural area. There is no public transportation. The car is indispensable.
What are the reception hours?
The reception is open from 9am to 7pm.
Rentals
At what time can we arrive and leave the accommodation?
Rentals are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am.
Is there a television in the rentals?
Our rentals are not equipped with TV.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Sheets are not provided, but you can rent them, as well as towels.
Locations
From what time can we settle on the site?
Pitches are available from 2pm.
At what point should the site be released?
The site must be vacated before 12:00.
How big are the sites?
All our pitches are about 100 m².
Is there electricity on the sites?
All of our sites are equipped with 10 amp electrical hookups.
Do we need to take a European power adapter?
Our electrical terminals are equipped with French type E electrical outlets.
Are there any pitches for campers?
Motorhomes are allowed on the camping pitches. We also have 2 pitches specially reserved for campers who only want to stay for one night. (6pm – 10am)
Camping
Do you accept the ANWB and ACSI card?
We do not accept them.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, checks and cash.
How to book online ?
No need to panic. Choose your dates of stay. Select your accommodation and click on “book”. Then follow the procedure.

Is there a cancellation insurance ?
We work with the FFCC (Fédération Française des Campeurs et des Camping-caristes). Fill out the form and send it to the FFCC.
Do you accept VACAF?
We do not accept VACAF.
